MUST GROUP is collecting accurate, up-to-date personnel information from all current employees. Please complete the form using details that match your official documents.
What you will need
Your passport and NRIC / FIN or Work Permit, and a phone or scanner to photograph them. It takes about 5 minutes and must be completed in one sitting.
How your data is handled
Purpose. HR record-keeping and work pass / visa processing for MUST GROUP. Your data will not be used for any other purpose.
Use and disclosure. Handled internally by MUST GROUP only. We will not share it with third parties except as required for the purpose above or by law.
Storage. Submitted over an encrypted connection and stored on MUST GROUP's own server. Uploaded documents are not publicly accessible and can only be opened by authorised HR staff.
Your rights. You may ask HR what we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw consent at any time.
